TERMS & CONDITIONS

This website is operated by Signature Drivers Club, a trade name of Lohuis Signature, based at Twijnderlaan 19, 1431 DD Aalsmeer, The Netherlands.

Registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 76937690. VAT number NL004460544B82. You can reach us at hello@signaturedriversclub.nl.

These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site, you accept them.

This site is informational. It presents the club, its events and its benefits, and it lets you get in touch with us. Nothing on it is an offer, and nothing on it can be bought.

Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse the forms, or access parts of it you have not been given access to. We may change, update or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Submitting an application through this site is an expression of interest. It does not create a membership, a contract or any obligation on either side.

Membership is by invitation and granted at our discretion. We are not obliged to accept an application or to explain a decision. If we do invite you to join, we will set out the terms and the fee before anything is agreed.

Membership, and taking part in any club event, is governed by our Membership Terms & Conditions. They cover fees, renewal, cancellation, conduct, event participation and our multi-day journeys, and they apply to non-members at our open gatherings as well as to members.

Read or download them here: Membership Terms & Conditions (PDF). We also send them with every membership and event confirmation, always before anything is agreed.

Where the Membership Terms & Conditions and this page differ on a membership or event matter, the Membership Terms & Conditions apply.

Registering for an event through this site is a request for a place, not a confirmed booking. Places are limited and allocated personally; we will confirm yours by email.

Every event is subject to the rules of the circuit, venue or host involved, which we communicate before the day. What we and you each answer for on the day - your car, your driving, our organisation - is set out in the Membership Terms & Conditions, as is what happens if an event changes or is cancelled.

The name Signature Drivers Club, our logo, and the text, photography, video and design on this site belong to us or to our partners.

You may view and share the site as it is intended to be used. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content or marks commercially without our written permission.

We put this site together in good faith and keep it as accurate as we can, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. Event details, benefits and partner offers can change.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or deliberate recklessness.

How we handle personal data is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which you can read from the footer of every page.

In short: this site sets no cookies, runs no advertising or cross-site tracking, and stores nothing on your device. We count page views and completed forms anonymously, so we know which pages get read and whether the forms work. We only hold what you choose to send us through a form.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute we cannot resolve between us will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. If you are a private individual, you may instead choose the court the law would otherwise appoint: tell us within one month of our writing to you about this clause.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
